Jennifer Mickel has been trained in law, business, and design thinking. Curiosity is her superpower, helping her quickly understand issues, amass knowledge, and apply solutions across domains.

A behavioral economics enthusiast with media and communications experience, she is well-versed in anticipating user and audience behavior and creating systems, processes, and “nudges” to make desired behaviors the default.

Jennifer’s strength is turning vision into action. She excels at imagining possibilities and designing systems or paths to achieve them. She is at her best when conducting interviews, uncovering root causes, and translating high-level strategy into operational next steps.

A graduate of Princeton University, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and Kellogg School of Management, she previously called Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Egypt home, and now lives in Washington, DC.
